Jim O’Neal Distributing Return and Warranty Policy
When you receive your O'NEAL product you need to be satisfied.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within ten (10) business days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected by our Return Department (usually within 1-2 weeks of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
In order to make a return to O’Neal, you will need to contact Customer Service at 1-800-326-6325 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will not accept packages without an RA number.
For the best service and selection, please return the items pursuant to our return policy and place your order for replacement items online or call Customer Service at 1-800-326-6325 for assistance.

If you are not satisfied with our products performance after use, we offer a full warranty after inspection on all our products. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or
If the product is defective you can send it in directly to O'NEAL for a proper warranty inspection. All warranty inspection will require a return authorization number (RA) in order to be submitted for inspection. If the product was purchased from an O'NEAL authorized dealer, the dealer must contact O'NEAL directly in order to receive an RA number. If the product was purchased directly from O'NEAL, you will need to call (800) 32-ONEAL between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST to receive an RA number. O'NEAL requests all products sent to us for warranty inspection should be sent prepaid freight and insured. O'NEAL will not be held responsible for lost packages.
Your warranty will be inspected within 10 business days and a final decision on the return will be communicated to you.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, however if your order did qualify for free shipping we will pick up the tab for shipping your gear back out to you. Subsequent exchanges of the same order will be charged our standard shipping rates.
You are responsible for shipping items back to us with the carrier of their choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.
