RACER X | Privateer Derek Kelley Breaks Into Top Ten at Thunder Valley National

RACE REPORT | Pioche Grandprix

This last weekend in Pioche, Nevada was the venue for the Pioche Grandprix. The Purvines racing team decided to take on the challenge of this race and the team even added a little extra money to the purse! The Purvines team is currently in off season so this Summer race was a great way to continue sharpening their skills. Four team members were able to walk away with cash on the day and were all satisfied with their performances. See what they had to say:

LOAM WOLF | O’NEAL PIKE IPX HELMET REVIEW

O’NEAL has a solid offering of lids that will cover any mountain bikers needs, from budget half shell options through to carbon fiber shelled downhill brain boxes. I have been able to stack some trail miles in O’NEAL’s Pike IPX Helmet this Spring and have been happy with their flagship half shell helmet so far.

WORCS | Las Vegas, NV

This last weekend in Las Vegas, NV at the Orleans stadium our racers attended Round 5 of the WORCS offroad series. This track was much shorter than the previous rounds and included some tires, logs and a rock section. With the pro lap times only being 1:45 it made for a packed field and hitting lappers early in the 45 minute moto.

SEA OTTER | 2022

This year we attended the Sea Otter Classic at Laguna Seca in Monterey CA. The event had a record of 70k attendees and thousands of racers. We mingled with the crowd, gave away free O'Neal branded trucker hats and showcased an exclusive event look at the new 2022 product line.

NGPC | Primm, Nevada

This last weekend our offroad guys found themselves racing in Primm, Nevada for Round 5 of the NGPC Series hosted by the Shamrocks. The weather was dry and windy and the track refused to hold any water which made for interesting track conditions on the day.
